Safari in Tiger Contains Hints of Leopard

I recently reinstalled Tiger on my primary computer (eh, some important programs just don't like Leopard - or Leopard doesn't like them anyway) and discovered that the Web Clip button in my Safari toolbar was still there. Yet clearly Safari was replaced by a new copy as the Leopard version simply wouldn't run under Tiger. So I delved into the Resources folder of Safari.app and found that it contained three image files that were clearly not being used by the Tiger Safari - OpenInDashboard.tif, OpenInDashboardDisabled.tif and OpenInDashboardPressed.tif. Hmm… I wonder which version of Safari introduced these. Anyway, I double-checked with a pure Tiger computer running 10.4.7 and they were there. As it happens, the button is disabled and does nothing.
