Get FlyakiteOSX for your win box (if it is not beneath your dignity to have one) (awesome site, btw). My screenshot. If you want those dock things (haha, are you cringing already?) do pay attention to these apps it recommends during the installation. (RK Launcher or Stardock ObjectDock) (Parenthesizing was never so much fun :D)
