I've seen exactly what it looks like firsthand to see people take cheap shots and make snide comments about their nominal competitors, and it invariably makes the complainer look worse than the ostensible target. When the company you're taking a shot at is Microsoft, that's saying a lot.
I agree that, although Apple's BSOD thing is funny in the short term, it is kind of lame and immature in the long term.

As some may remember, at least some who use one of the East Asian languages, Apple had originally promised to ship with text-to-speech support for Chinese and Japanese, which, like a lot of other things, is simply missing in Leopard.

I liked the Zune 1.0 UI too and 2.0 just makes it even slicker. My main problem with Zune 1.0 was the desktop software, and, to some extent, the fact that it looked like a brick.
